How to Book your Rally Ticket, Camping Pitch and T-Shirt

E-Tickets at £45 per person over 18 and are available as follows:

Payment can be made in person by card or cash at Newmarket Harley Davidson – please see Jake Wilson, Merchandise

Alternatively, payment may be made by card by telephoning 01638 664455 – ask for Jake Wilson, Merchandise

In both cases, we shall require full names and contact details for you and that of any guests for whom you are purchasing tickets.

By purchasing your tickets, you and any guests are required to agree to the Event Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer as detailed below.

Rally T-Shirts

Commemorative Rally T-Shirts can be pre-purchased and will be available in Men’s (S, M, LG, XL, XXL, XXXL), Ladies (S, M, LG, XL, XXL, XXXL).

T-Shirts are £15 each can be paid for in person or over the telephone.

A very limited number of T-Shirts may be available at the event but to avoid disappointment, please pre-order.

Event Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKET(S)

Caravan and motorhome pitches – availability first come first served; no EHU available. Caravans, Motorhomes & Camper Vans must not to exceed 7.5 meters in length (access restrictions)

Wrist bands on both Riders, pillions and pedestrians must be worn at all times and shown to a marshal at the main gate when entering or leaving the Rally site.

Speed Limit on site is 5mph; No blocking of access points, road ways or parking on rally site roads to enable emergency vehicle access.

ALL vehicles and bike trailers/trailers to be parked in the CAR PARK as sign posted and as directed by Rally Marshals, with the exception of motorcycles and Motorhomes.

All dogs must be kept on leads and owners are reminded to clear up after their dogs; please exercise dogs outside of the rally site.

No Open Fires permitted; Disposable BBQ’s must be kept off the grass. Do not place BBQ’s inside tents or enclosed areas at any time.
