It's THAT time of year again.

Bridgwater Chapter will be releasing  2023 CIDER RALLY TICKETS soon, as usual, if you want to attend the event you'll need to get in early !!! 

The Rally tickets will be £48.00 per person . You must purchase the Rally tickets first in order to reserve accommodation. As usual, all rooms are double/twin bedded and the room cost includes breakfast and evening meals. 

Tickets go on sale to Bridgwater members on 1st October 2022 and should go on general sale on 1st November 2022; however we will be looking to try and make a block booking as soon as we can to ensure as many members as possible are able to attend this great rally and not suffer the dissapointment many other chapters had this year when they couldn't get tickets. In order to allow us to do this we need you to RSVP to this event ASAP and pay your deposits. The deposit will be £146.00 per room, comprising 2 x £48 rally tickets and a £50 deposit towards the cost of the room. The final costs of the room are unknown at the time of writing (23/10/22) but expected to be similar to last year (£100 for the weekend) - no reduction for single occupancy.

At this stage we need you to RSVP to the event and confirmation that you have deposited the deposit into the Wolfruna Chapter Bank account (details on how to do this are below). All reservations will be made on a first come first served basis:

Balance of the accommodation costs will be requested around  February 2023.

To obtain your tickets, please register and pay your deposit as below ASAP:

1. RSVP to this event - this commits you to paying the deposit and the balance for accomodation costs when the price is known. Also complete ALL the registration questions carefully as some responses cannot be changed once tickets are booked. It will not be possible to process your booking without this information.

2. Send your deposit of £146 per double/twin room to the Chapter bank account: sort code 40 47 11, a/c 22216760, and for the reference number use CIDER23 then your SURNAME and FIRST INITIAL, e.g. CIDER23JONESM
