A variation on the normal Chapter Club Night. 

As we have regrettably had to cancel the Xmas event at the dealership due to Covid restrictions in retail, we are now going to expand the December Club Night and have our festive celebration at the Electric Club.

Members are reminded to come in festive / fancy dress, and are also asked to also make a contribution to the list of food items at the link below, to ensure we all have a jolly festive nosh up :-)

From 7:30 for a prompt 8pm start in the function room upstairs.

A list of food items can be found in the Goggle Sheet at this link HERE . Simply put your name against the item(s) you intend to bring and then bring them - simples!  If you want to bring any additional / alternative items please add them in the space at the bottom of the list with your name.

To help you guestimate the amount of food there are two simple things to consider:

1. We had about 35 members at the last event so would hope for a turn out of at least 40 people - you can keep an eye on the number of people that have responded to the event through the app / website - however just remember unfortunately not everybody RSVPs so this isn't an accurate number.
2. Look at the average waistline size of our members!   :-)

Please note you will need a Google Account / be an Android user to access the Google Sheet. If you only use Apple IOS and don't have a gmail or Google account you will need to sign up for one in order to be able to respond - or if you send a message to webmaster@wolfrunahog.uk then our friendly webmaster may add it for you ;-)

Don't forget to bring wrapped raffle prizes if you can too - Gavin, do NOT wrap up some sausage rolls !!
