A nice ride out starting from Dudley Arms (Meet 09:30 for 09:45 briefing and 10:00 a.m. sharp departure)

We will take a route north to the Red Lion Ice Cream Farm (http://redlionfarm.co.uk/) in Haughton (ST18 9JG) where you can watch young cones and 99 flakes being reared, along with a selection of farm yard animals! (Cows, Goats, Alpacas, Guinea Pigs, Chickens, Ducks & Sheep).

After a short 45 to 60 minute stop we will then head on towards Uttoxeter and then Stoke-on-Trent, via Stafford through a variety of lanes and A roads, until we get to Trentham Gardens (ST4 8JG) where shopping galore, monkey forest, garden centre and wonderful gardens await, along with plenty of eateries (https://www.trentham.co.uk/).

We will stay at Trentham for about 1 ½ to 2 hours and then head back, riders are welcome to stay on at Trentham to view the wonderful gardens and monkey village if they wish – just tell us you won’t be returning with us.

The ride back will end up going via Junction 2 of M54 where toilet facilities & fuel stop await by the drive-thru Costa; people can either make their own way home via the motorway network or carry on back via A roads around Wolverhampton.

This will be a full day out and expect to be at the final fuel stop in Wolverhampton around 15:30 to 16:00 depending on traffic and weather - all details to be confirmed.
