It's Saturday Night Live Time ! 

Our Actvities Officer has booked Rodeo's for Saturday April 9th from 7:00pm onwards.

Starting with Saaaanchez's Saaaangreeeeya on arrival, our "pre ordered" food will be served between 8:00 to 8:30pm accompanied by TWO SETS of LIVE MUSIC from the Cocktail Bar, and then for the high energy Night Owls, we are entertained by the antics of the flamboyant members of Wolfruna Chapter trying to hang on for as long as possible, when Rodeo's  Bucking Bull comes out to liven things up ! 

45 spaces have been reserved. The seating is split between groups of 6 in 'Covered Wagons' or groups of 4 in the 'Indoor Corral'. If you wish to sit in a party of 6, please ensure that all 6 members (or 3 couples) select that option on their booking form. Also please note that you need to select your meal options at the time of booking, so please check out the Saturday Live Menu at menu at www.rodeosbbq.co.uk/menus or click HERE. There will be plenty of time to circulate around the tables and a stampede after the food.

Total cost for the event is £24.50 per adult, (Drinks & Desserts are an additional cost). 

To secure your place you will need to complete the form and pay a £10 deposit per person to the Chapter Bank Account in the normal way below.

Menu choices and deposits need to be recieved no later than 6pm Monday 4th April.

To reserve your place:

1. Look at the menu and select your meal options

2. RSVP to this event and complete the booking form with your meal selection and confirming if you are going to want a table of 6 - this commits you to attending and paying the deposit below

2. Send your deposit of £10 per person to the Chapter bank account: sort code 40 47 11, a/c 22216760, and for the reference number use RODEOS22 then your SURNAME and FIRST INITIAL, e.g. RODEOS22-JONESM
