5/7 Fire up for the weekend

Evening all,

It’s going to be a busy July for the chapter.

First, I want to wish Morgan and Khole all the best for their wedding tomorrow. Here's to a lifetime full of happiness and love.

On Saturday we have the 1 year Sycamore dealership anniversary. The Harley truck is coming and will be used as a stage for the bands. Please let family and friends know as this is going to be huge event for us and the dealership. There will be a £300 voucher to spend at the dealership for whoever holds on to the Bucking Bronco the longest! Event kicks off from 10:00.

On Wednesday 12th July there is going to be a big do at the Danery Pub. This is for a cheque presentation to Gracie’s parents. This will kick off from 18:00.

Our chapter night is on 13th July at the Clarendon Pub, this will be Hawaiian themed. Food will be provided based on RSVPs, I don’t won’t anyone to go home hungry.

On 15th July we will ride and present a cheque for £1,000 to the Children’s Liver Disease Foundation. Meet at the dealership, stands up at 11:00

On 16th July there is a ride out to the Ice Cream Farm and Trentham Gardens. Meet at the Dudley Arms, stands up at 10:00.

Chapters 2 Gether (Fields of Thunder Rally) is on 21st - 23rd July. There are a few of us riding down to spend the day there on 22nd July. This is being supported by over 30 chapters across the U.K. tickets available here - https://www.buryfarmevents.com/fields-of-thunder If interested please RSVP.

The Mods & Rockers event is on 28th July, tickets are selling well, but it is important we maximise numbers. Tickets will be available on Saturday.

On 29th July we have a ride out to the Cardiff dealership.

Finally, it is almost 12 months since I became director of the chapter. It has been a tough year for me personally with losing my dad, but the Wolfruna family has been incredible. I have been blessed with little Otilia - our youngest member, so a rollercoaster of a year so far.

I have made some changes to the committee, which includes the removal of our webmaster and photography officer roles. I would like to thank Nigel and Kim for their work on the committee. At present we don’t have a merchandise officer and this role will form part of the review process by the committee over the coming months.

Thank you to every single member for their support. See everyone on Saturday.

Cheers, Broth
