AGM update & new venue:

Last chapter meeting: Our AGM marks the last chapter meeting before we kickstart at our new venue in March. This is your chance to shape our chapter's future!

Venue & Time: Join us at 12:00, Danery Pub, Quatt.

Deadline for AGM topics: Got something to put forward? Submit by 12th Jan!

New Chapter Meetings at Penn Bowling Club (3rd Tuesday of each month):

Mark these dates in your diary: 19th March, 16th April, 21st May, 18th June, 16th July, 20th Aug, 17th Sept, 15th Oct, 19th Nov.

Our new venue has flat parking, ample seating, a stage, and a dance floor. Let's make every meeting count!

Super Bowl at Hickory’s smokehouse

The Super Bowl is just around the corner, Hickory’s are hosting a ticketed event (11/2). If you are interested let me know it could be a good social.

By-Laws & rogues gallery

The proposed by-laws have been put forward for you to digest. Paper copies will be available at the AGM on Sunday.

We still need over 100 members photos for the dealership’s rogue’s gallery – please send them to Austin!

Riding calendar 2024

Our Road Captains have planned 42 exhilarating rides, from short trips to international adventures. Please remember to RSVP. I have posted an excel and pdf file of the calendar (also available on our website). Laminated calendars have been ordered and will be with us shortly.

Expanding our crew 

As our chapter membership surges, we are looking to expand the number of road captains. Therefore, we will be introducing a Road Marshall’s role. After conducting this roll for 12 months you can go forward for the Road Captains training. Please reach out to Pete if interested.

Finally, a big shout-out to everyone who’s renewed their membership. Paper forms will be available at the AGM.
