Fire up for the Weekend, Wolfruna Chapter!

Good evening, everyone!

We had a fantastic Chapter night this past Tuesday. It was great to have Gary France with us, and he was really impressed with how many members are traveling abroad this year!

For our next Chapter night, we have another special guest – Martin Dickinson, the founder of Ride to the Wall. This is a very special event that Wolfruna supports. If you haven't participated before, this year is your opportunity. Please RSVP as it makes planning the room far easier.

Our chapter has grown significantly – we now stand at 158 HOG members, with 3 more pending who have recently purchased new bikes at the dealership. We have invested heavily in a new venue for our chapter meetings to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably. I hope to see you on May 21st at 19:30.

There is one hotel room available in Italy! Please message me ASAP if you would like it; it’s available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Bike4Life is almost here. It's great to see so many members have signed up for this charity event. Remember to purchase your ticket before you come at www.bike4lifefest.com. The chapter will meet at the Costa next to the Porsche garage by the M54 junction (909 Stafford Rd, Wolverhampton WV10 1ER) Stands up 8:30 AM! From here, we will head to Meole Brace, SY3 9NB (must arrive no later than 9:30 AM). The Bike4Life Ride Out leaves Meole Brace at 10:30 AM. The final location will be the new festival location at Weston Park.

Congratulations to Pastor Phil on becoming our new photographer for the chapter. Everyone has seen his fantastic work, including at the Easter Egg run.

As agreed last year, we are not doing the Cider Rally this year as there was very little interest. Instead, we have opted for some new rallies as well as 3 overseas trips! Feedback will be asked for at chapter meetings for ideas for next year.

On occasion I get asked about why I make our chapter business public via this weekly shout-out. Simply put, we are an open house and if others can learn from us, that's a good thing. This is why we continue to be a united wolf pack, with new members joining us every week. In-house business will always be discussed at chapter meetings.

Upcoming Rides:

  • April 20th: Fred Warrs/The Shed

  • April 28th: Bike4Life

  • May 4th: Ride out with 3 other chapters around Nottinghamshire

  • May 7th: American Car/Motorbike Meet up

  • May 12th: Barmouth ride out

Finally, there is a demo day at the dealership on April 27th, a great opportunity to try something different!

Cheers, Broth
