13/7 Fire up for the weekend

Evening all,

We have our Hawaiian themed chapter night in a bit. Food has been ordered based on the RSVPs on the website.

The 1 year anniversary event was a big success despite the weather. We managed to raised £528 and the dealership sold 4 bikes, including one to Snowy - congratulations, it will be perfect for the trip to Italy next year.

We have a ride this Saturday to present a £1,000 cheque to the Children Liver Disease Foundation - they are very excited to welcome us. Meet at the dealership, stands up 11am.

On Saturday evening we have a social event at the Tapri Bar & Grill (Gornal). We have 30 places reserved, if you would like to come please let us know asap.

On Sunday we have a ride to the Ice Cream Farm & Trentham Gardens. Meeting at Dudley Arms, stands up 10:00.

Update on our donation to Broadmeadow - They have purchased the sensory switches, which are being used in classes daily for all kinds of things including; non-verbal children are able to press a button to say "yes, I'm here today" during registration, which they love doing! Children are able to get involved during story sessions by joining in with repetitive elements and some are enjoying recording their own voices too. They are really appreciative of our support and would like us to visit the school.

We can only keep doing our incredible charity work if events like the Mods&Rockers event are backed by members. If you require tickets for the Mods & Rockers night please let us know asap.
